As the Mississippi high school baseballplayoffs approach, The Clarion-Ledger has looked at the top baseball players this year for MHSAA and MAIS.
Statistics were compiled from coaches' submissions and found on MaxPreps or GameChanger.
Dylan Causey, South Jones: The Southern Miss commit has a .429 batting average with a .538 on-base percentage, tallying 14 RBIs with 21 hits this season. He also has a 0.50 ERA with 21 innings pitched and 46 strikeouts.
Camden Clark, West Jones: Clark has a 0.80 ERA in 43.2 innings pitched with 89 strikeouts this season with a .327 batting average.
Coy Clements, Oak Grove: The Southern Miss signee is averaging .385 at the plate with a .517 on-base percentage with 31 RBIs on 25 hits this season.
Hayden Dolan, Union: Dolan is hitting .511 with a .707 on-base percentage with 17 RBIs on 23 hits and 10 extra-base hits this season.
Conner Dyess, Pearl River Central: Dyess has a .375 batting average with 25 hits, 13 RBIs and 26 runs. He also has a 0.99 ERA in 42.1 innings pitched with 41 strikeouts.
Hank Eaton, Kossuth: The Auburn signee has a .562 batting average with a .687 on-base percentage with 18 RBIs on 27 hits and 14 extra-base hits this season. He also has 37 strikeouts with 23.1 innings pitched.
Reid Gaston, Hartfield Academy: The Southern Miss signee has a .368 batting average, a .567 on-base percentage, 22 RBIs and 21 hits. He also has a 2.60 ERA, 49 strikeouts and 29.2 innings pitched.
Kody Gilmore, Lewisburg: Gilmore has a .440 batting average and a .471 on-base percentage with 22 RBIs on 33 hits and 10 stolen bases this season.
Konnor Griffin, Jackson Prep: The LSU signee has a .554 batting average with seven home runs and 24 RBIs. He also has a 0.31 ERA with 77 strikeouts.
Tre Gunn, Biggersville: Gunn is hitting .659 at the plate with a .673 batting average, 30 RBIs on 27 hits and 23 runs scored this season.
Drew Harrison, Germantown: The Tulane signee is averaging .358 at the plate with a .506 on-base percentage, adding 24 hits, with 15 RBIs and 24 runs.

Landon Hawkins, Sumrall: Hawkins has a .377 batting average and a .538 on-base percentage with 27 RBIs on 29 hits. He also has a 1.50 ERA with 25 strikeouts in 18.2 innings pitched.
Jack Ketchum, Heritage Academy: The Alabama signee is averaging .458 at the plate with a .513 on-base percentage and has a 2.21 ERA with 52 strikeouts this season.
Jacob Parker, Purvis: The Mississippi State commit has a .493 batting average and .573 on-base percentage with 27 RBIs on 33 hits. He also has a 2.13 ERA with 20 strikeouts this season.
Danarius Robinson, Winona: Robinson has a .571 batting average with a .649 on-base percentage, 30 RBIs with 36 hits, 28 runs and 23 stolen bases this season.

Luke Romine, Hernando: The Ole Miss commit has a .406 batting average with a .541 on-base percentage and seven home runs with 26 hits and 30 RBIs.
Drew Rowsey, Biggersville: Rowsey is hitting an MHSAA-high .711 with 25 RBIs on 27 hits, scoring 34 runs and having an on-base percentage of .783.
Chase Russell, Madison Central: The Southern Miss signee has a 1.10 ERA and a team-high 50.1 innings pitched, along with a .311 batting average, .457 on-base percentage and 22 hits.
Baylor Scammon, North Delta: Scammon has 46 runs scored, 26 RBIs with 36 hits and a .562 batting average this season.
Gehrig Shinall, Pine Grove: Shinall has a .515 batting average and a .593 on-base percentage, with 37 hits and 24 RBIs this season.
Landon Smith, Richton: Smith has a .532 batting average and a .608 on-base percentage with 33 hits and 13 extra-base hits this season.
Cohen Weinhofer, St. Patrick: Weinhofer has a 0.94 ERA with 44.2 innings pitched and 81 strikeouts with six earned runs this season.
Jacob Wooten, West Lauderdale: Wooten is averaging .383 at the plate with a .448 on-base percentage, 21 runs, 11 stolen bases and 23 hits this season.
