I went onSaturday and one ofmy nails popped off that night. The shapes are all messed uptoo— they belooking crooked asheck. Would not recommend, goto any place but thisone.

My nails are perfect! Ihave been getting acrylics for areally long time, and for areally long time Ihave not liked how they looked. Ihave excoriation disorder and compulsively pick mycuticles. Acrylics are the only thing that keep mefrom picking, soI have tohave them. Inever liked how thick and unnatural the acrylics I’ve gotten looked but the alternative was worse. ILOVE MYNAILS! They are thin, natural looking, not globbed upunderneath oraround mycuticles, and the polish job wasperfection! A++++++… – show

As long asKate orSherry does mynails Ihave noissue. There has been afew occasions where I’ve had issues when someone else does mynails but they are always quick tofix them. I’ve been acustomer here for afew years now and love this place and the people there. They always treat usso well.

I came infor afull set ofSNS. Ihad tocome back three times (in aweek) tohave the nails repaired because they kept cracking. The first time Icame infor arepair the tech did not seem happy tosee meback. The second time Icame inthe owner fixed two but told meto come back after the holiday sothat particular tech could redo all ofmy nails because she agreed they looked terrible. The third time Icame inthe owner was not there but the nail tech that did them was and that’s who was supposed toredo ALL the nails.
I sat down ather station and she was visibly upset that she was doing mynails yet again. She started toredo the nails extremely rough. She was just drilling away, hard enough tofeel itburn. Once she finished drilling two ofthe nails she said “justtwo?” Itold her that they all needed tobe redone and that’s what itsaid inthe appointment book. She did another nail, soa total ofthree nails. She wouldn’t dothe whole set over.
Again, the next day they are cracking.
I have been getting mynails done atanother salon further from myhome for 12years and have never had anissue like this. Iam not rough with myhands, but even soI would beokay ifONE orTWO fingers had anissue but itis all ofthem. This was acomplete waste of$70. Don’t waste your time ormoney, find somewhere else.… – show00

I went there last week and before Imade ithome, Ipulled acredit card out ofmy wallet topay for food ata drive through and heard anail snap. Iwent back tohave itfixed and itlooked terrible. the nextday, another nail tip broke. Iwent back and the lady sanded off alayer dipped them again and put aglittery clear coat onbecause “It make them look nicer” Ididn’t want glitter. And Ihate them. Well since then 2more nails broke. They look like Ihave had them done 3or 4weeks.I have not had this trouble with SNS/dip before. Ipaid $139for mynails and toes plus acashtip. They were nice enough and mypedicure was mediocre. But Iwill not goback. This isthe worst quality job Ihave everhad. Idon’t have time tomake atrip tothe nail salon ona daily tohave anail fixed. Especially tonot end upwith what Iwanted. Iwould post pictures but Idon’t see away toattaché them onhere.… – show

To finish fast, rather than soaking mynail, she put them innail polish removal for less than 2minutes and then used the electric file toremove the old SNS and she removed few layers ofmy nails, making them extremely thin and week (will need now few weeks toget them ingood shape again). The new SNS she put started cracking inless then, wherever else Idid the SNS stay looking good till mynails grow longer 3+ week. Will never goback.

I have came here several times inthe past, but after mylast visit, this will bethe last. Ihad agel pedicure and manicure I also paid for mymother toget the same. Within afew days, both ofour nails and toes already looked like they needed tobe done again. Icame in6days after tosee ifthey could fix the polish. They were busy soI scheduled anappointment for 2days later. Icame infor myappointment aneveryone was busy. None spoke tome for about 25minutes. Someone finally cameover and kept trying totell meI needed topay for another “set”. Isaid Ijust wanted them fixed because Ispent $2506?days ago Ishouldn’t have topay again. She then asked ifI had anappointment. Isaid yes it was at1:00. She said ohok it’s going tobe another 15minutes. Atthis point Ileft and went across the street tohave that salon fix everything for me… – show
